Leap, a software provider for financial professionals, had a loyal but waning subscriber base and several new product launches on the horizon and needed a way to expand its user base, better retain existing subscribers, and provide updated tools and materials to its customers. Levatas began the project by consolidating all of Leap’s tools into a cloud-based platform that completely reimagined the user experience. It featured interactive questionnaires, visually engaging presentations and helped to better organize client information. But a strong product alone isn’t always enough to acquire new users. Through a variety of print and digital projects aimed at new financial advisors, we helped Leap attract, grow and retain advisors as Leap-licensed professionals.
