In the human resources industry, there are a handful of issues that service providers frequently face. CoAdvantage was no exception. Their users had to work across multiple systems with confusing navigation and poorly organized resources, making for a complicated, frustrating user experience. We approached the project as users, establishing what a more intentional experience would like. We applied those learnings against research and used both to develop a revolutionary user experience that worked across every persona, from entry-level employees to HR management.
